Directions- Exit off of I-70 at the Gypsum Exit. Turn south onto Highway 6, go around the round about and
continue on Highway 6 in a south-east direction.
Turn South at Valley Rd- which is right before the high school. Continue up Valley Rd almost 2 miles. Turn
west (right) at Cottonwood Pass Rd. Go exactly 1 mile up Cottonwood Pass Rd. When the road makes a hard sharp turn,
the house is on the right and the driveway is just past the house.
Directions from the airport:
Turn west (right) out of the airport. Continue down the road about 1.5 miles until you reach Valley Rd. Turn
south (left) on Valley Rd.
Continue about 1.25 miles up Valley Rd. Turn west (right) at Cottonwood Pass Rd. Go exactly 1 mile up Cottonwood
Pass Rd. When the road makes a hard sharp turn, the house is on the right and the driveway is just past the
house.
